API Integrations
Our integrations are developed to ensure that you can seamlessly manage your registrations without the need to update multiple platforms manually.
Supported Platforms
- Pindena: A comprehensive tool designed for event planning and management, Pindena allows for efficient organization of various types of events, from conferences to workshops.
- Qondor: Specializing in project management for the meetings and events industry, Qondor offers a user-friendly interface for managing offers, bookings, and client communications.

Data Synchronization
Update Frequency
- Our system checks for updates and new data every 5 minutes. This means that any changes made in the source platform will be reflected in our platform within this time frame. Please be aware that there might be a slight delay before changes are fully synced.
Unique Email Requirement
- For profile creation and updates, unique e-mails are required for all profiles. If a profile does not have a unique email address, it will not be created or updated in our system. This is to ensure data integrity and avoid duplication of profiles.
Profile Management
Deletion of Profiles
- The integration does not automatically delete profiles. If you need to remove a profile, this action must be performed manually via our dashboard. This gives you full control over your data and ensures that profiles are not deleted unintentionally.
Field Synchronization
- Any changes made to the synchronized fields through our platform and/or the app will be overwritten if:
- Changes are made to the profile in the source platform.
- A full re-sync is required for any reason.
This overwrite mechanism ensures that the most recent and relevant data from the source system is always reflected in our platform.
